My work sits at the intersection of executive coaching, family business succession, team dynamics, midlife transitions, recovery journeys, and identity work. While these may look like different areas, they are usually the same work: helping people understand what is really happening, see patterns clearly, make intentional decisions, and move forward.
I do this work because many people are living and leading based on old stories, expectations, shame, guilt, family roles, and past experiences that still shape their decisions today. Most people don’t need more advice — they need space to think honestly, see clearly, and decide how they want to live and lead moving forward.
My approach is honest, reflective, and practical. We talk about the real issues — leadership, succession, conflict, identity, recovery, family dynamics, and life direction. Once you can see the pattern, you can change the pattern. This work is not about quick fixes; it is about clarity, responsibility, and intentional movement forward.
